mAbxience’s Genhelix site in León, Spain, is a multiproduct biologics facility supporting the development and GMP manufacturing of antibody-like molecules, from cell-line development to commercial drug substance.The site brings together an R&D centre of excellence and flexible single-use manufacturing. Its teams offer cell-line development, upstream and downstream process development, analytical and formulation development, technology transfer, scale-up and in-house quality control.Genhelix offers 24,000 L of combined mammalian cell-culture capacity across two manufacturing lines:Line 1: 6x2,000 L single-use bioreactors.Line 2: 3x4,000 L single-use bioreactors.GMP 200L suite: a 200 L GMP single-use line for toxicology, clinical batches and niche products.Line 3 is under construction to expand future manufacturing capacity and support the evolving needs of partners.
