The SENN Chemicals GMP Production site in Dielsdorf, Switzerland, is the core Swiss manufacturing site of the SENN/Ascelis platform and reflects more than 60 years of SENN experience in peptide and specialty chemical production. The site combines long standing Swiss manufacturing expertise with modern cGMP infrastructure for peptide API, active cosmetic ingredient and advanced intermediate production.The plant supports liquid phase peptide synthesis, solid phase peptide synthesis and hybrid peptide manufacturing strategies from pilot scale to early commercial supply. Its infrastructure includes glass lined and stainless steel reactors from 250 L to 2500 L, hydrogenation reactors up to 2500 L, a 400 L SPPS reactor, agitated Nutsche filters, Nutsche filter dryers, mobile filtration systems, centrifuges, preparative HPLC columns, vacuum tray dryers and lyophiliser.SENN’s Dielsdorf production site has deep experience in crystallisation, precipitation, chromatographic purification, peptide isolation and scale up. These capabilities are especially important for LPPS focused peptide manufacturing, where robust isolation and purification strategies are key to process performance and product quality.The site is well suited for GMP peptide API and active cosmetic ingredient manufacturing, advanced intermediates, process validation support, chromatographic purification, crystallisation and precipitation based isolation, clinical to early commercial supply and life cycle management of established peptide processes.
